Never before have we had such an abundance of resources guiding us towards happiness. And yet many still find it elusive. Why? And what are the true ingredients for living a happier life?
Who is Jonathan Spoliansky?
Ever since I was a child, I always wondered who I was. One of the greatest realizations that I’ve ever had is that I am a child of the Most High, just like YOU. This has motivated me to explore where I come from and what I am doing here. In my study of different philosophies and religious traditions, along with my travels around this world, there is one constant that I have discovered among all of God’s children: we all want to be happy while we are here.
This happiness has led me to becoming an author, poet, artist, motivational speaker, and a life coach of sorts, thereby fulfilling the calling of sharing my life experiences to help my brothers and sisters. I am committed to the personal development of both myself and others, and I consider myself to be a dedicated husband and father, who seeks to love God above all and others as I love myself.
Whether it is speaking in lecture halls, to groups of students or business professionals, or one-on-one via coaching sessions, my goal is to help people get out of their own way in order to unlock their internal source of the spiritual treasure known as happiness. By practicing the 5 Keys, we can work to transform our lives and find more love, peace, and joy, thus creating a better world for ourselves and those around us.
Great advice for cultivating happiness. Jonathan is fantastic.

In Happiness is Key, Jonathan shares a simple and profound guide on how to live happily every day. These pages transmit the importance of recognizing that happiness is not just a state of mind, but is reflected in our behavior and actions towards others. As this book points out, happy people exhibit positive qualities such as honesty, fairness, empathy, and generosity. By embodying these qualities, we can create a ripple effect of positivity that can spread to those around us.
This book is a much-appreciated reminder that cultivating happiness is a daily practice that requires effort and attention. It is not always easy, but incorporating these keys into our daily lives can make happiness a more consistent and enduring part of our experience.
